Truly the best pharmacy I've ever used... and I've been to a ton of pharmacies due to my health conditions. Here's one example of how amazing they are... One time, I needed a prescription filled, however I wasn't going to be able to make it to the pharmacy before they closed. Their solution... a staff member ended up meeting me, later that evening, at a grocery store just around the corner, with the prescription! Unbelievable! If that doesn't tell you the type of people they are... They're truly amazing and selfless! 2 of the 3 locations: 1) Lutherville Pharmacy » Lutherville location 2) Lifeline Pharmacy » Glen Burnie location The pharmacists and staff remember why they decided to go into this field of work, which is to help people! I feel like all the chain pharmacies have staff that are primarily there to collect a paycheck. They hide behind their computers and simply put pills in a bottle. At Lutherville Pharmacy, they actually care about the individual. If there's an issue with an insurance company, prescription or prices, they'll go the extra mile to help resolve the problem and will go out of their way to accommodate you as best as possible! They'll call the insurance company and/or doctor's office and they'll search for a prescription discount or coupon to help bring down the price. Lutherville Pharmacy treats each person with kindness, respect and individuality. They greet you by name and always with a smile. I have always used the York Road location, however I can say with certainty that the outstanding service I receive at York Road will be the same service you'll get at their other locations. I highly, highly, highly recommend Lutherville/Lifeline Pharmacy! They offer outstanding service and the staff are kind, caring, respectable employees!
