My wife and I love the Lucky Corner and stop by pretty much any time we drive by Frederick (90 minutes from home). Vietnamese is our favorite cruisine and the food is transcendently good here. Plus the decor and ambiance is far superior to most Vietnamese restaurants. My one suggestion is to get rid of the big screen TV or at least turn it off until a patron requests for it to be on. That TV really sinks the level of the ambiance back down to trashy strip mall joint.
