I visited this store on Friday 9/15. It was the worst experience ever. The woman working there was on some type of power trip as ruler of the sex toys and lingerie. I spent a long time in the store shopping for lingerie and even told the worker i had something special to do. All was fine until i was checking out and she explained to me that she couldnt sell me one of the expensive toys because she had no way to test it. I asked additional questions because it was the remote she couldnt test because she didnt have the battery but i told her she could just test the main piece i didnt care about the remote.
She says "ok ill test it but i still cant sell it to you"
I say "ok just ring me up for the rest of the stuff"
She says "so you dont want this now?"
I laughed and said "you just told me you wouldnt sell it to me"
She said "ok im not selling you anything now"
When i asked her why she said it was because i laughed in a mocking way.
I was never rude or inappropriate in any way and i did not deserve that treatment.
I had to BEG her to sell me my stuff because i had something to do and no time to go to another store.
I apologized for laughing and offered to buy her dinner.
The lingerie i was purchasing was over 100 dollars. I cant believe they are doing that to customers.
After pleading and begging and apologizing ( she was being very rude but i just wanted to buy my stuff so i was being nice), after all that she agreed to sell me the stuff so that i could "get out of her store"
As i left i told her i hoped she has a better day.
This was the most bizarre experience ive ever had at a store ive never had to beg any one to purchase stuff and i never would i just had no time.
I encourage every one to shop at another store. This store does not care about your business and they do not deserve your business.
