Today was my first introduction to Yoga at Love Evolution. I was greeted by Meghan and made to feel right at home. The instructor Coral was fantastic and took great care in explaining everything we were doing. I can see now where yoga is going to definately benifit my running as well as my mental well being. A great place!!!
