Customer service and tech support 1 hour wait minimum and over a month to get a replacement camera DVR every time over the last 4 years. Remember this review if you buy from them and your system crashes. You will be discussed with yourself, the only person to blame is you, you have been warned. I’ve purchased 2 of Lorex’s highest quality camera systems. In the last 4 years this is what I have experienced every time. I am done with these clowns. I wish I had been warned before spending $5,000+
