Ordered roasted chicken during birthday dinner with friends. Waited for food for 1 1/2 hours. Finally, my dish came out without side and sauce that were in description. When I cut into the chicken it was ice cold. Turns out, that they don’t cook their food to order but precook it and heat it up for you. I called the owner who admitted that my dish was simply reheated and proceeded to argue with me that it’s how it should be “we won’t roast chicken for every order”. It bothered me the most that he felt that it’s ok to serve precooked, reheated food and charge premium price of gourmet restaurant. I feel that there are better choices in the area.
