Attitude goes a long way in the service industry. Miss Lauren does excellent work but I believe she needs to learn how to speak to customers in a professional manner. There are pleasant ways to say what you have to in oder to get your point across without directly embarrassing your customers. I love Miss Lauren's work but because of her demeanor I don't think I'll be a returning customer.
