Can you say dirty and ghetto?!!! I will never ever go back to this place again! The floor has not been mopped, foot tubs have been sterilized or tools have been properly cleaned in years. There is so much trash junk and clutter in this place! #Baltimorehealthdepartment and the #cosmetologyboard needs to do a visit here asap!
