I've lived here in King's Mill Apartments & Townhouses going on about 5yrs now. The only thing good I can honestly say is living in an Apartment Complex & seeing several family's & tenants moving in & out especially in my building I've never ever even once had to deal with "Cock Roaches" or Bugs at all in my Apt. You'd think due to all the people moving in & out so much & repeatedly that u would see or have roaches becuz of all the trafficking u kno but NO NOT HERE...... So take it from my personal experience I am OCD & scared of bugs so if u want to live in a Place that's Roach & Bug Free then come join us at King's Mill Apt. It's a Very clean inviroment here..... That's why I'm still living here becuz it's really hard now days to find a Place that's at a good Reasonable Affordable Price to live that's Quiet, Clean, & especially Roach & Bug free Seriously so that's all I have to say for now but pls comment if u do read this.
