Kim Nails

This nail shop is the worst I have been to. I got a full set and a pedicure. The lady when started on my nails was doing good then more customers started coming in so she switched and a man was finishing on my nails. He was rushing through and my nails were uneven which I showed him before he started my pedicure and he said “no they are fine”. I asked him could he fix the dried up acrylic that was underneath all of my nails before he moved on to the next customer, he grabbed something similar to a nail clipper instead of the other tool he was suppose to use and began trying to pull it up from under my nails and broke my nail that the woman before him worked so hard to shape and start. He didn’t even apologize he started laughing about it and speaking in his language to another worker. Then all he said was “she will fix it in few minutes”. As I was waiting I noticed he was still talking to the other worker in his language then he started talking regular pointing at me and saying words like “she keeps asking to check her nails this and that” I couldn’t make out the rest of the conversation but they both had so much to say about me when I was only trying to get my nails and toes done the correct way for the $55 I paid.
