Pros: the building is impeccably clean, the staff is friendly, and they have cameras in the rooms.
Cons: they routinely allow babies to cry without making any attempt to comfort them.
The first time, I watched on the camera as my 8mo baby cried in her crib for close to 30 minutes while her teachers ignored her. I spoke with the teachers and started keeping a closer eye on the cameras. The second time, I dropped my baby off first thing in the morning and watched as she was left to cry in her crib for 34 minutes while her teacher sat in the middle of the room playing on a tablet. My daughter was the only baby there at the time, and she was only picked up when the next parent arrived to drop off another baby. I spoke with the director and was assured the issue would be taken care of. Two days later, I watched my baby cry herself to sleep on the floor. I immediately put in my notice. The director once again assured me that she would not let the issue go just because I was leaving, but over the next two weeks I continued to see other babies left in their cribs to cry while the teachers ignored them.
