Kemp is a delightfully personable guy and is probably a good electrician. However, he shows up when he feels like it, or doesn't show up at all. He installed extra outlets, got paid and then we found out that most of the installed outlets didn't work and several other existing outlets stopped working. He was paid for the job May 2, 2013 and it is now August 27th. He has stopped returning calls and texts. Now I have to pay another electrician to come in and clean up after him. My contractor thought he was a wonderful guy and wanted to work with him until he saw the sloppy work ethic demonstrated by Kemp ("I'll be back after lunch" or "I'll see you tomorrow" - no show. Recommend that you find another electrician.
