Seems this store has all bad reviews but I had a lot of good luck with it. The associate that I worked with over the course of a few weeks helped me to pick out and find an engagement ring and since then has helped me to find several gifts. No real problems ever came up here in my case

My fiancé and I have purchased all of our jewelry here and will not do it again. We are getting married on May 21 and I called to ask if I brought my ring on 5/1 to be redone in the rhodium plating if I would have it back before then. "Because of Mother's Day", they may be backed up and would not guarantee that I have my ring back by then but they would "keep me in the loop". Even after explaining that it was for MY WEDDING, they were unwilling to even attempt to help my situation. They also wanted $70. I called Jared, they do it in store, same day and only charge $43.99. Completely unhelpful!
