Jiffy Lube

Have used other Jiffy Lube locations for years and have always had great service. This was the 1st and last time I will use this location based on how the manager handled a miscommunication on what was suppose to be a $39.99 conventional oil change. 8/6/17 Changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars after the owner contacted me and apologized for how the miscommunication was handled. He also refunded a price difference which I said was not necessary. Appreciated his concern about how his employees handled the situation from my perspective and that he reached out to discuss it.

I usually leave a couple of one dollar bills in my glove box for coffee. While getting my oil changed there someone took it.

Always a great experience, been going here for a few years. Top notch service!
