Jiffy Lube

I went in for an oil change, and I must say that the customer service alone was impeccable. Anthony treated me with respect and was happy to assist me. I also noticed how the staff treated everyone in the lobby great. They even held the door open for all customers entering in to the lobby. The oil change was fast and complete. I will be returning to get my next oil change as well.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient. Shaun was very knowledgeable when my wife and I called as well as in the shop. He is who made us want to go to the Owings Mills location. Thanks Guys and we will be back for our trans flush.

Went for an oil change. Didn't vacuum my car out as stated on the receipt. The main reason I bring my car to any Jiffy lube is for that service. Reading the other comments makes me wonder what other stuff they said they didn't and didn't do. Don't go to this location! Ahead the warning of me and these others who have posted
