After waiting a half an hour for my food I was told that they were out of the item. I'm confused about why it took them so long to realize that. I chose a second item that they STILL didn't have. After picking a third menu item that they didn't have, I gave up. I requested a refund. They didn't put it back on my card instead just gave me cash which I didn't ask for. Two other customers who were waiting on their food when I got there were still waiting when I left. They said they had both been there for an hour picking up an online order. And you can forget about uber eats! It will take 2-3 hours before your food will arrive...if it isn't canceled be the restaurant. Food is good when you actually get it though.
