I usually do my own taxes and I should have this year alao. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Their only interest was getting business. Stephanie never asked about any deductions I have. She just looked for the EIC so Jackson Hewitt can get their loan repaid. I will be amending my return and will never go to a tax service ever again.
