Haven't been there yet, but they do answer the phone; they're open @ 9am-3pm. However, the receptionist, or whomever she is, comes across as exceptionally unprofessional. Will update this review after my visit. But, I am wondering how my employer found out about or contracted out services to this place for pre-employment screening. it looks too spooky and is located in a crime ridden area just outside of Wash, DC
