I travel from out of state, to visit the store. One of my favorite hole in the walls. They're fish selection is outstanding, their supplies and organization is acceptable. Prices are affordable. Their staff are generally knowledgeable of their work environment, however I had one whom was supposed to take a fish out of a tank and into a bag for me, and he was not knowledgeable or understanding even after we told him that this fish tends to jump he dropped three fish on the floor and let them there until we addressed him. Hoping this is a fluke compared to their normaly awesome customer service. I still love this store.
