Brian was informative and courteous. He talked me through the issues with my system and helped me set up an appointment for an estimate. However, the most impressive thing about Brian and Holtzople was that Brian gave me his card and said to email him if I had any questions from a service member as I move ahead. I did end up emailing Brian and told him that I didn't expect a quick reply since he works in the field. However, Brian emailed me back with with a helpful response the next day. It really meant a lot to have that that kind of care for a customer. I know those guys are busy and the last thing they need to do is respond to an email from me within a days time. Such service helped me choose Holtzople for my installation needs. Thank you Brian.
Today was our regular winter maintenance visit. Brian W called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, and got right to work. He let us know which parts it was time to change out, and we approved. He was very patient with our loud and inquisitive dogs. He found an issue with the burners in our 9 year old furnace, and we scheduled replacement for next week. We have been happy Holtzople customers for 20+ years, and plan to stay with them.
