Terrible Customer Service, Harry and David. My $ 260 gift package is stuck at a post office 5 miles from its destination for four days now, due to address keypunch error at your order entry department. Mistakes are made, granted. However, I have made five phone calls to your customer service number and no-one resolves the issue to get the package moving. They say "We will look into it". Needless to say, I won't be using your company in the future while the gift basket spoils on the back dock of the US Post Office in Hickory NC.
