Patrick and his crew helped me out with a foreclosure house I purchased that had drainage issues which allowed water to seep into the basement. He laid out a plan to dig out around the basement, seal it, and backfill with the appropriate materials. He also regraded the front yard to eliminate water flowing towards the house. Throughout this process, he was in contact with Miss Utility, SMECO, and other companies that were affected. We never had to contact any of them. He and his crew were able to dig out the old driveway and replace the pipes underneath so water flowed through instead of washing out. This driveway is probably 15 ft above the stream at the highest point and crosses a deep ravine. There have not been any issues at all with his work. It is so much better now and I'm not worried about sliding off the driveway due to slick conditions because he also put milled asphalt down. He is courteous and will advise on changes that would be beneficial. I never had a problem giving him a call just to discuss ideas, he returns calls promptly and is always willing to listen and help me out. I've never seen anyone work a backhoe and bob cat as efficiently as he does, his work is top notch.
