Always a frustrating experience, which stinks because I LOVE the store. The clerk that waited on me to rent PA speakers this last time waited on no less than three other customers while I was just standing there waiting 45 minutes to rent a pair of speakers. The two large PA speakers were brought back to the audio section on hand carts and when we were done she said "you're good" and went to help someone else. No one offered to even hold the door while I rolled these out one by one then brought back the 2 carts. Then when I brought them back the next day she had mis-filed the contract so I had to wait another 45 minutes and they still never found the contract. When I told them I was returning large PA speakers they said "okay bring them in", and I had to actually ask to borrow a hand cart and they brought it out handed it to me and walked away. Returning the speakers took another 30 minutes because of the missing contract. Side note:although I planned to buy the $50 damage waiver, I was never asked about it, it was never explained, it was just just added to the total. It is sadly a reflection of why the Company is faltering, this type of experience very typical and all of the band members say the same thing they can't just walk in get good help and make a purchase without it being a very frustrating experience. The time before this I was accidentally double charged and it took 25 minutes for the manager to figure out how to fix it and get my money back. They even went so far as to say I didn't need to wait but I wasn't leaving without my refund.
