Grace Nails

I usually have a great experience at this establishment, However today I experienced highly unprofessional service. I walked in at 6:20, mind you, they do not close until 8:00 pm. One of the nail technicians asked me what service I wanted, in which I told her i'd like a fill in. She proceeds to go speak with another nail technician, in which they speak for a bit, the nail technician then comes back to me, looks at my nails then proceeds to tell me that they're "booked". My issue is that it is unprofessional to tell a potential client that you are booked after 5 minutes, rather than tell them upfront. Not to mention, they had no problem serving the women whom was in the waiting chair next to me. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am very disappointed. I will not be coming here again.
