This branch is chronically understaffed. The problem is that customers are afraid (and for good reason) to make a deposit at the ATM. Last year, I attempted to deposit multiple checks at the drive-through ATM; and the ATM only scanned the first check in the series. I had to telephone Bank of America to report that the ATM had malfunctioned; and it took over 2 weeks for Bank of America to record my other deposits.
