Their donuts are delicious. The problem is, they NEVER get our order right. Every time we have ordered a dozen donuts there, they have either messed up about half of the donuts by replacing ones that we've ordered with random ones, or given us someone else's order entirely (which still doesn't match the other person's order ticket). I mean, pretty much all the donuts are great, so it's not the end of the world. But it would be nice if you could actually get what you order.
