Fitness Evolution

My issues are with the childcare staff (if you want to call them that) at the gym. There are very young staff members working there, who are often on their phones, and too distracted (one girl by the newborn she had recently who she brings to work with her), to watch other kids in the gym. Within the last two weeks I have had two incidents where my daughter was injured, and the staff members either didn't see what was going on, or weren't watching well enough to prevent an incident. I am very displeased with the child care staff, the gym's policies regarding child care, and the lack of attention they give to this area. Seriously considering canceling my membership.
