I'm not concerned with getting my money back, though I don't like being played for a fool. My main concern is for others that may think they are actually dealing with the Motor Vehicle Agency and not just some guy that takes your personal information and drives it to the MVA for you. The business owner is far from professional and he needs to know that he cannot treat customers as he has chosen.
I would not offer my personal information to someone that is not truly an MVA employee. There should be signs indicating that he is only operating a runner service and not affiliated with the MVA.
