The customer service at the E. 25th Street EZ Go is terrible , very unprofessional.
I was a caller for the first time seeking to rent a car .
Asking simple basic questions about renting a car for the weekend .
Cost of Daily rate, mileage , any special weekend rates.
The car was vey rude and acted as though my asking him a question
was bothering him to answer /
I asked for the manager , I believe Marsha is her name , was even worse
as she defended her rude employee.
Instead of trying to assist a first time caller . Do yourself a favor go to a reputable Car Rental Agency who do ' t mind answering basic car rental
questions before they Rent a Car .
Moreover at $91.00 a day , plus whatever charges they are certainly Not A Bargain . Very Poor customer service !!!!
