One star because I absolutely have to. I really enjoyed my memebership here all the way up until cancellation. The process was so invasive and ridiculous you'd think you were working with NASA on a space exploration. Things that absolutely were not their business was continually asked about. I had the displeasure of being charged wrongly for two months, when pointing this out to Victoria pagonis from Bethesda instead of fixing it, It took nearly 2 weeks of proving the charges were not right where and continually asking to speak to someone else before the refund was agreed apon. I asked when I would see the funds hit my account. She said 5-7 business days. Estatic I wouldn't have to deal with this company or Victoria anymore I waited. On the 6th business day I followed up with Victoria that the funds would be in my account the following day. She proceeded to tell me it had only been 3 business days. When I asked how that's possible when the cancellation and refund being processed took place 11 (full) days, and 8 (business days) later she didn't respond. I JUST WANT TO BE DONE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I moved to California, a full 3000 plus miles away and it's been over a month and Victoria continues to change dates and then refuse to respond. The negligence is astounding. Customer service here is severely lacking but only when it comes to cancellation due to relocating or refunds of wrongly charged membership dues. This is my third wrongly charged membership due, one was in the middle of my contract and took close to a month to get refunded and this one has taken close to 2 weeks now, still waiting on it . I honestly can't recommend going here unless you know you're never cancelling your membership or relocating in which case, enjoy but know Victoria and Brad both will ignore calls and emails when you're disastisfied.
Dishonest group, joined & enjoyed many services but found out that if you have any dilemmas with their service quality or are upset, they won’t take it seriously if you have training sessions or other investment with them that's non-refundable. When we froze our account due to some unforeseen changes to our availability for awhile, went through the steps to preserve our sessions & then they let them expire telling me that I only had 6 but they’d honor them - no response on the fact that we purchased a 12 unit package a few weeks before leaving. They’d rather just offer to cancel your account than work on a solution, not anywhere close to the hospitality standards I thought we were signing up for. I’ll update my review if social media can actually get someone outside of this location to call me & work on a compromise. I’ve been trying to do that for 2 weeks, I’m a busy person & yet no one has taken the time to look at our membership usage/see how much we went & enjoyed our time there to then be where we are now - truly disgusted with their lack of communication/respect for clients. I hate using social media to get through to a business but I have no choice, it's been hours of time invested & I can't seem to get a reasonable service professional on the phone to sort it out. If they're truly going to just freeze me out I think others should know that if you trust them to live up to their customer service & don't want to go back after being disrespected - it may cost you quite a bit.
