My nurse practitioner is great, but EHP really needs to update their system for ordering prescription refills. It might be silly, but I'd really appreciate it if they would just authorize my refills when the pharmacy calls them. I have to make multiple calls every time I need a refill and that's a bummer. :(
I worked with Dr. Dupree (who is wonderful) and when she left EHP, I decided to follow her. Since that time, I apparently had a balance of $50 due which I was not made aware of in person or by phone contact. In may 2016 my home was burned down due to a electrical fire and up until December 31st, I had been living in a temporary apartment paid for by my home owners insurance and was potentially not receiving all of my mail. EHP sold my account to a debt collector that I just found out through my monitoring service reported this bill. I'm someone who pays their bills and have no derogatory marks on my credit. EHP as far as I know has never contacted me about the bill and now even though I paid the debt collector, it can't be removed from my CB. It's bad enough that I lost all my belongings to a house fire and have to suffer depreciated compensation from the insurance company, I now have a negative mark on my Credit. If EHP would have contacted me via phone about this bill like they had done numerous times when confirming appointments, I wouldn't have this negative mark on my credit bureau.
My family has had very good experience with EHP white marsh. I have seen Karen Green for several years and have found her to be exceptional. She is very responsible with meds and how my entire health profile is affected by them. She LISTENS and she really seems to care. I also have to mention Sierra and Destinee who work the front desk. They have always gone above and beyond whenever I've needed their help.
