Edible Arrangements

My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me, to be delivered by 3pm (I have class at 3:30). He specifically told them I had class and called twice after that to confirm and they said no later than 2. I went to my first class, got off at 6:45, was getting ready for my second class, starting at 7:30. I get a call from the rep telling me she's at my work. We close at 5 at the latest. There was no one at my work obviously and she said how about I bring your gift to your class? I ended up missing the first few minutes of class to meet with her, get my strawberries (premium is what it said on the website and he also paid for V-day delivery fees) only to find out they were the tiniest of strawberries, and quite honestly, a little too ripe when I took a bite in the first one (ie: almost rotten) I mean come on!! It's an insult! Then the rep had the nerve to tell me my boyfriend never told I would need it delivered by 3. Plus, the surprise element was ruined. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
