I called them on a Thursday night around 8:30 because my A/C wasn't functioning properly. Expecting to get voicemail, I was floored when someone picked up, took down all of my info and told me to expect a call back from a technician within 30 minutes. Not 3 minutes later the owner of the company, Steve, called me back. He told me he'd have someone out to my house Friday at 12:30. The tech showed up on time and within 30 minutes he had identified a refrigerant leak and started the associated repairs. 90 minutes later everything was back up and running, and my house was finally starting to cool down again. It was wonderful!
At the risk of making this review longer, I feel I have to give kudos to everyone I dealt with. Just the fact that the owner called me back so quickly on a Thursday night was enough to impress the heck out of me, even though I didn't classify it as an emergency. The tech definitely appeared to be well-trained and he did a great job of explaining how the system works and all of the steps he was taking. It was also great that they didn't just skip to recommending I replace the unit, which is probably not that common. All in all, from the professionalism of the employees, to the speed at which this was addressed it certainly helped lessen the sting of spending money I hadn't planned to spend. When it does come time to replace the unit Eco-Cool will be my first call.
