Chose this place because all I needed was a mani pedi. Came in and was asked 3 times if I wanted gel and I said no...3 times. So I pick my color and get in the chair for the pedi and this guy rushed through it and cut me a few times when I told him ow that hurts. They advertise if you get a mani pedi you get $5 off. So I said sweet I'll get the callus treatment ($5). I called ahead and asked how much it would be, she said $30. The callus treatment wasn't worth it. The little menu says both mani and pedis get massages...I got just lotion. Then I realize he's using old tools that clearly haven't been cleaned or sterilized. So I get the chair for my mani. He takes off my old polish and asks if I could pay now. I said sure. He tells me $45. What? So where did he get the extra $15? I said I'm supposed to get at least $5 off. He said $35 for mani pedi $5 for polish change and I still have no clue how he got the extra $5. I had him explain it and he mumbled something about having a hard time getting my old polish off my nails because it was gel polish (no tips btw all natural nails). When I walked in there most of the gel polish had already flaked off after a week from a different place so realistically he only had like 4 fingers to soak off. My mistake for going there. Never again. They didn't even wash out the pedi tub before someone else got in it and there were nail pieces and nail dust all over the table....
