Dragon Boat Chinese Carry-Out

I'm writing this review before I even open up my order of food. I placed this order over 50 minutes ago. General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup. Just the most common basic things from a Chinese takeout... typically ready in 15 minutes or so. Their excuse here after waiting 45 minutes, "The egg drop soup is taking a while." Are you kidding me? I could have gone to the grocery store next door, bought the ingredients, and cooked it myself in less time. My family has tried some of the food now. The verdict: very small lukewarm portions, rice is under cooked, fried rice lacks flavor, the egg rolls are barely warm and dripping grease in a pool on the plate. This was a late Sunday afternoon. Not a busy time at all. No excuse to take this long and then serve lukewarm food. Maybe they only have one stove because that egg drop soup sure was hot unlike the rest of our order. Definitely not recommended. The other two Chinese restaurants in this shopping area are better choices. But if you do try here, they have a really good online interface for ordering and they do seem to follow any special instructions you include.

How is this place in business? The egg rolls taste like they haven't changed the oil in a month. The spare ribs are like rubber. The pad thai is edible, but it's not really pad thai.
