Dr. Toni M. Mason-Jones, MD

Dr. Mason-Jones is a great doctor. She really knows her stuff but the manner in which this office is run is another story. Being a long term patient, I have given this office more than enough patience. The staff is unresponsive to messages left on the voicemail and make excuses why it takes two weeks to receive a call back. Getting a prescription sent to my pharmacy also took way too long. I had to repeatedly call every day until they get anything done. The end of my experience here has been very unprofessional on their part and I will not be returning to this office. My advice is to find an office who has time for their patients and actually cares about them.

Questions I was goin to make an appointment but after reading the staff is off the hook, I just want to know why a Dr. That is so good won't make an effort to get the off in check. It would be better for her and her patients, please do so
