Waited 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES in the waiting room, with no end in sight- so finally just walked out. There was no update on how much longer I would be waiting, no explanation, no apology, etc. Just an offer to reschedule for another date, for which they could not guarantee there would not also be greater than a 1.5 hour wait. It's not a specialist stuck in an emergency surgery....it's just a routine inconsiderate wait with no viable explanation. No thanks.
