Since the switch to kingdom medicine and the new staff that they have hired, it is just horrible. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. My husband wanted to make an appointment for my son and since my son does not want to miss school he wanted a later appointment time and all the receptionist would say is "the doctor doesn't see anyone in the afternoon only the morning " so when my husband asked to speak to someone else or her supervisor she hung up the phone on him and when he called back and attempted again she dos the same thing. That is just down right unprofessional. I will be finding a new doctor for my children.
