The front office is totally incompetent!
Due to health reasons, I had to get the wisdom tooth procedure done at the hospital. The front office messed up the appointment, and they had to reschedule the procedure at the hospital.
The billing folks were rude on the phone. Ryan never sounded happy when answering the phone. This guy needs to get training classes on how to answer phone calls with a smile. He sounded grumpy every time I got him on the phone.
Christa sounded very happy and helpful, and was the best person I dealt with on the phone. She made promises but relied on other people to take actions. She was at least pleasant on the phone. She asked me a lot of questions and said she was writing everything down. I gave her all the necessary information (e.g. account number, policy number, phone number, etc), that she was going to relay the information to Tara, and said that Tara will call me back the same day. I waited but didn't get a call from Tara so I called Christa back. She then said that Tara has all the information and will call me in 3 days.
Tara...well 3 days later, I still didn't hear back from her and decided to call her. She asked me for the information which I already gave to Christa. Apparently she never read the message and had the information. She later gave me the normal brush off answer, "I'll take care of it!". How could I trust her when she never kept her original promise to call me back and/or send the document to the hospital. I had to call to nudge her to do it promptly.
Doctors... please reevaluate the front office staff... They are not happy and are not doing their jobs effectively that resulted in doing a bad job supporting your customers like me.
