DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The receptionists are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They yelled at my husband, were obnoxious to my children and insulted me. We were 5 minutes late and they told us we had to reschedule. I apologized and asked they could please reconsider since we drove far to get there. The next appointment was 4 months away!!! They refused and basically forced us to leave. My kids were visibly shaking when we left. A friend had warned me about them because they saw a MOUSE when he was getting his teeth cleaned!!!! I should have listened to her advice. Their office needs to be shut down immediately!!! This place is a dirty scam and gets zero stars!!!!!

My 8 and 5 year old kids have been going there since their first dental visit and now my 3 year old was supposed to go there too. Dr. Bob is great with kids but the receptionist/office personnel was rude and very inconsiderate. They scheduled me for a wrong date and when I talked to the receptionist, she raised her voice and was talking to me like as if it was my fault that I was given a wrong date. I specifically asked for a day off on that day and she just didn't care. She just said it was a mistake and didn't even apologize. I searched for another dental office and found one closer to where I live that has the same office setting, colors and stuff for the kids. I will never use Dr. Bob's again nor refer them to people I know.
