Dominican Hair Salon

The staff are nice and professional. Not sure how the number system works all the way as multiple people that came in after me got out before me. I got a trim, deep condition, and blow dry. I also got it pinned. Prices are reasonable if you aren't natural. I went yesterday, which was Saturday. Signed in at 1018am and didn't get out until 2:35pm. That's wayyy too long of a time to be at the hair salon. My other issue is the upcharge of $20 for natural hair. I get it. Natural hair is harder to maintain. But there are different lengths and grades to natural hair. My hair isn't that thick nor is it long. It didn't take them any longer to do my hair than it did other people that weren't natural. My hair isn't difficult to maintain or straighten so I think that a $20 upcharge is a bit much. I could've also been charged a couple of extra dollars for getting it pinned. I know they do this at spots where I'm from. My hair was very soft and straight from what I could tell while pinned. Looking at the other women's completed hairstyles, I'd definitely say they do a good job.
