We brought a truck in for a fan hub repair. Now I've been using these guys for work to avoid the over priced labor we get at a Ta. They quoted me 5 to 6 hrs to replaced fan @ 85 an hr before 5 and 100 after. No big deal. I figured on 4 @ 85 and maybe a couple @ $100 per hr. When I received bill it was $898.88 and we paid for all the parts. All this guy could talk about was how he didn't charge us to look up parts or how he had to get help to hold the fan in place. Not my problem.... If as a Business, we tell a customer that we will provide a service at a certain cost. Then we will provide that service at that cost. Regardless of our cost of doing business.
