David Charon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've had issues with contacting people at David Charon's office. I have never been able to get a hold of anyone here. Calls, emails, voicemails and I never hear from them and no one ever answers the phones. Only way I can get anything done is when I call Statefarm's main customer service. I don't see why they gave me a phantom for an agent.
