This review is more in regard to the Pharmacy at this particular location. The staff of the actual store are great. They’ve always been very friendly and super willing to help and/or answer questions.
The Pharmacy on the other hand, is not so great. Now don’t get me wrong, not ALL of the pharmacy staff is bad. In particular we’ve had issues with a lack of having medication in stock and certain medications only coming in on certain days. I think this is a CVS policy though & not the fault of the staff.
However, there have been multiple occasions where I have overheard a certain pharmacy member bad mouthing customers loud enough that I could hear it in the waiting area. This particular employee on multiple occasions has been rude to customers. In addition, one of the pharmacists who i’ve occasionally seen here seemed so annoyed that he was at work, much less had to help customers. At one point, he tossed my medications onto the counter towards me.
This isn’t the worst CVS in the area, but I will definitely not be coming back here. There really is no need to deal with bitchy, rude or annoyed staff, that have no business having a job in customer service.
