This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. This company exhibits no regard for people’s time or their property and does not accept responsibility for any of their actions. Having an appointment is meaningless, as they may show up as much as seven hours late, without so much as a call to let the customer know. Phone calls are not returned, or if you do get the office, do not expect an apology or any responsibility to be taken for their poor service. Communication appears to be poor within the company too, as the installers did not know they had to take the old counters out when they finally arrived well after business hours and clearly were in a rush to finish, as is only human nature at that time of day. Finally our house was left a mess with unnecessary damage to walls and debris everywhere. This was just a terrible experience all around, not professional on any level. Take your business anywhere else; you will be glad you did.
