This guy is a scam. Took a running mower in for a routine maintenance and suddenly it is a non running mower that is not worth fixing... But he will keep it for scrap if I want! Requested he put it back together so I can pick it up and he left out half of the bolts and charged 45.00 for a diagnostic fee. Complete BS and a scam, STAY AWAY!!
