C&S failed to arrive at a scheduled appointment for an estimate on a retaining wall project. I took a day off of work and drove over 2 hrs to make it to the work location. After 30 minutes of waiting I called C&S only to find out, "Something came up at another location" and, "it was unlikely they would even be able to see me that day."
While I understand things come up last minute in the contractor world, I was not given the consideration of a simple phone call to cancel the appointment. My rating reflects the poor consideration given to me as a potential client. I can not remark regarding their workmanship.
