Decanter Fine Wines

Good place, nice selection of wine, friendly, nice people, cold beer

Reasonably good selection for the size of the store. Tastings all the time. However, a couple of times, I've asked to special-order a wine, and I've been told that they wouldn't order the wine because "that wine hasn't been good for us". What does that mean? I've started shopping elsewhere, and have not yet been told this at the other wine and liquor stores I've tried.
