China Gourmet Bistro

I have been coming here for years and have had wonderful experiences. Tonight I asked for a vegetable on the side for my takeout and the manager said he couldn’t do that with no emotion or apology at all. Very simple to add vegetable on the side for a small charge. His name was Michael. I have never seen him before and have had a side order anytime I have ever wanted it. He was rude and didn’t realize I was the customer. He was not accommodating at all and I am very disappointed and not sure if I will return after years!. I also saw him treat another customer very poorly as well. I don’t think he understood what was going on with both of us. We were loyal customers and just trying to get normal requests. He may not return either.

Went there for an early dinner with my daughter and 4 year old great grandson. Believe me--thete aren't many restaurants that serve really good food and accommodate families with small children. Trust me--this is one of them. Maxine Schwartzman
