The sales representative I worked with, Mr. Leroy Taylor, was fantastic! Mr. Taylor was very professional and showed me all the cars I was interested in. He printed all the car specs out and let me see all the differences between models and prices. The presentation of each car was extremely transparent. After talking with Leroy I knew exactly what I was going to buy and at what price. Then he introduced me to the manager: Mr. Robert Cumberland. After a short conversation, Mr. Cumberland gave me an offer way better than the original price. I told him I was going to visit other dealers before taking a decision and, without any pressure, he let me go. After visiting Ford, Hyundai, Honda and Mazda I figured that Mr. Cumberland gave me the best offer on the market at the first visit!
I didn't have any reason for not buying from them: the price was good and the salesman was amazing (by far the best in the DC area)
When I went back to finalize the purchase, it took us four hours. There were other customers before me and it was on Sunday at the end of the month. So, I can't say if they were slower than the usual.
